short light switchawful odour
The room floor wasnt vacuumed properly and had fluff by the curtains. the bathroom light switch was too short, and i ended up showering in the dark. the reception reeked of drains. It wasnt pleasant. i wanted decaf coffee but it was a mission, i had to make an americano and lungo which was just odd. i think its ridiculous i would need to pay for a decaf when fried eggs are free!

i am so thrilled! the location had me steps from the ferry and buses. josé at the desk were pretty good. he arranged airport transport and packed us a meal!
The floor wasn't vacuumed perfectly. I noticed a bit of fluff near the curtains, though everything else was super clean.

breakfast included various foods with fruit so travelers got a good start. the pub offered tasty meals, and i saw that chef arif khan is doing a great job. there were also options available for every palate.

this hotel is in a central spot that is next to many restaurants! i also noticed it is very close to the ferry that takes you to valletta. bus stops are close to the hotel, and , made getting around easy.

the room was spacious and very clean, with a comfy bed, modern decor and a decent sized safe. i appreciated the convenience of daily room service as i explored the nearby attractions. a fridge was also available for my use.

Staff members are polite and helpful at all hours. I could approach them at any time! the staff were quick to respond to our requests, i watched them work diligently. they offered options to everything we asked about, i observed.

the balcony view of valetta across the water was amazing. our room felt spacious. it also featured nice appointments. proximity to public transport was useful. breakfast offered an enjoyable variety to start each day.
The absence of on-site parking was a slight inconvenience. I had to carry luggage a short distance.

The location was convenient. It was easy to get to nearby attractions.
The room felt unfinished and cheaply done. There were sploges of decorators caulk on the mirror. a single complimentary bottle of water for the entire stay felt stingy. the pub next door played techno music late into the night.

my room had a fantastic sea view balcony. I really loved that. the location is also superb, very close to many restaurants and shops. the staff members were always friendly and helpful . They made everything easy.
The pub downstairs made some noise. I could hear it even though the balcony window blocked most of it. it went on until late at night. that was not ideal.

decent location, some drawbacks
limited selectionstreet noise
the breakfast was underwhelming (i'm not a picky eater, usually). the selection felt limited. also, the room wasn't as soundproof as i would have liked. i could hear street noise quite clearly, impacting my sleep some nights. these things detracted from what otherwise could have been a more relaxing stay.
